“Flat Abs Fast” Book Review
The “Flat Abs Fast” e-book promises to be “a simple plan to help you look great in a swimming suit.” It promises to be smarter, easier, and not crunchy (meaning no crunches or sit up exercises are required). Although it is good to keep books simple, the “Flat Abs Fast” book is too simple. It only is 37 pages long. There is no new or innovative information. Most of the information in the book is already common knowledge.
On the positive side, you can download the “Flat Abs Fast” e-book for free so you don’t have much to lose except for your time reading it. It is sponsored by the Merritt Club. Let’s take a closer look at the “Flat Abs Fast” e-book.
Who is Curt Conrad?
The ‘Flat Abs Fast” e-book was written by Curt Conrad. Curt Conrad is an entrepreneur, personal trainer, and author. His main focus seems to be on new-moms. He has been an elite personal trainer for 10 years. Compared to other authors of ab books, Curt Conrad is relatively unknown. This is not necessarily a bad thing; it is good to get a fresh perspective every once in a while.
3 Principles of “Flat Abs Fast”
The three principles of the “Flat Abs Fast” are:
- 80/20 Rule. Among the 80/20 rules for Flat Abs include:
- 20 percent of abdominal exercises contribute 80 percent of the results
- 20 percent of the food we eat contributes to 80 percent of the fat buildup in the body
- 20 percent of our exercise time contributes to 80 percent of the results
The “Flat Abs Fast” program focuses on these areas to exploit them to your favor.
2. Pay Yourself First. The gist of the principle is that you should exercise before you do anything else.
3. Simplify. The third principle is basic, simplify exercises.
3 Steps of “Flat Abs Fast”
- Flat- Out Commitment
- Abs-Target Your TA Muscles
- Fast-Don’t Eat After 8 PM
Step one consists of only a few pages and is basically just a commitment contract to complete steps 2 and 3.
Step two is targeting the TA muscles. The TA muscle is the Transverse Abdominis. According to the author, this is the look thin muscle. You target this muscle through a number of exercises outlined by the book. Most of these exercises are simple and can be learned very easily. Included in the book are accompanying pictures diagramming the exercises.
Step three is not eating after 8 PM. The logic behind this is that the body’s metabolism slows down and so more the food you eat is likely to be stored as fat.
How much is “Flat Abs Fast”?
“Flat Abs Fast” is a free download. It is sponsored by Merritt Clubs. To get the free download, you have to submit personal information so it is probably more of a marketing gimmick to try and get you to join their clubs.
Is Flat Abs Fast worth downloading?
Flat Abs Fast doesn’t compare to other books that we have reviewed (maybe this is why it is free) but it does have some valuable tips. It might be worth downloading considering it is free but if you are serious about getting a six pack, we recommending reading a more effective ab book.
