The Ab Coaster provides an excellent abdominal, thigh, and leg workout. It also is a decent cardiovascular workout.
The main exercise of the Ab Coaster is leg lifts. Leg lifts are one of the better ab exercises you can do. They exercise several areas of the body and do it efficiently and quickly. What makes the Ab Coaster great is its ability to support your weight so you can do more repetitions of leg lifts with less strain.
One of the biggest complaints about the Ab Coaster is the difficulty in getting accustomed to the machine. The Ab Coaster motion feels very awkward. It will be harder for bigger people.

If you cancel within 30 days, you are responsible to return the Ab Coaster which will cost you another $19.99. So if you are unsatisfied with the Ab Coaster, you are out nearly $50.
Second, if you do not cancel within 30 days your credit card will be charged nearly $400 over the next 4 months. Yikes!
