“A Flat Stomach ASAP”  written by Ellington Darden, promises to be “the breakthrough plan for the look you want in just six weeks.” Calling itself a “breakthrough plan” is probably a stretch, but there is some good information and ideas in the book. “A Flat Stomach ASAP” is a fairly average ab book. Following the book requires dedication and self control because the diet and exercises are very rigid. Let’s take a closer look at “A Flat Stomach ASAP.”

Who is Ellington Darden?

Ellington Darden is a PhD, who worked for 17 years as the director of research for Nautilus Sports/Medical Industries. He has authored many books including: “High Intensity Bodybuilding”, “The Nautilus Book”, and “100 High Intensity Ways to Build Your Body.”

It is best suited for beginners. Fitness enthusiasts might get bored and not challenged enough with the fitness portion. “A Flat Stomach ASAP” doesn’t target a specific sex or weight group. The workouts require 30 minutes a day.
